GENERAL METHODOLOGY OF PRICING

With YOUR PASS digital cards, we offer a new alternative to classic cards and tickets enhanced with a possibility of communication as you wish or automatic communication depending on position or time. Our wish is your using all the technical properties which this technology offers you since we believe that this is how you will be able to get even closer to your customers through better user experience. To reflect the technological flexibility of our cards and their application we calculate prices depending on the degree of their utilization. Besides the one-time fee for the implementation and initial training, we will also charge you a one-time fee per each booked and subsequently issued the card. The price is set according to the number of cards and as you see below, the price per card decreases with the number of issued cards.

If you plan your digital cards to have a longer life in the Wallets and be thus used as a communication platform, an additional fee will be charged to you. This billing can be done in one of two formats depending on your choice, either as a payment per each update of the card or as a payment per unlimited communication channel (unlimited update) per any quantity of cards in the Wallets. The prices we quote here are always exclusive of the value added tax provided by law.

To facilitate your understanding of our pricing models we will explain you the terminology related to the use of cards

Card booking means that you determine a quantity of cards about which you know that you will issue them to your clients in the future. At this stage, the look and functionality of the cards do not play any role and need not to be decided anyhow. Booked cards can be immediately or anytime later issued physically including their ID and “wait” to be sent to your client. A quantity discount is possible for booking a big quantity of cards.

Card issue means that the card is physically made as a “white” card without any contents, but with a unique ID. We continue to register the card as issued and you can direct it towards the client’s Wallet e.g. by sending him or her the URL for the card download.

The downloaded card is a card which is downloaded by the end user to his or her device by a URL (sent or scanned in the form of QR code). Typically after the download, the card will be automatically displayed in the browser of the given device. Consent must be given by the user to save it in the Wallet if installed in the phone.

The saved card is a card which, after its download, has been also saved in the Wallet. Communication can run only to the saved card and, moreover, only when it is active. Because every holder can deactivate the card at the back of it, or even delete it.

Active card is a card saved in the Wallet which is not blocked by the user or otherwise against updates. Only an active card enables communication towards it. Whether the card is or is not active can be told depending on whether in the period of time in question the card was in contact with the YOUR PASS system and its update could have been made.

Implementation and initial training

We will do our best for the implementation of the YOUR PASS system in your company to be carried out successfully and for you to understand the system fully. Experience has shown us that the time needed for a successful implementation and initial training can differ markedly. However, as we want our costs to be always clear, we charge a fixed price of €1 000 for the implementation and initial training.

A. Booking and subsequent issue of cards

We try to be forthcoming regarding your planning of quantity discounts and at your booking of the agreed quantity of cards we reduce the price per card depending on the quantity. The card issue fee is always payable only once and serves as a contract on the future purchase. Not all the booked cards have to be issued immediately. You can do so anytime in the future, without any limits and regardless of the way they should look and which card functions you need to activate. Cards can differ one from another. For illustration purposes, find the table below to see the total price and the price per card. This reference table has been prepared for selected quantities only. An exact price depending on the number of cards selected by you and are calculated based on the same methodology.

B. Payment per update

Our cards offer more than only an attractive look and contents. It is the ability to communicate via dynamic texts, changes in the look and notifications thanks to which our cards are an excellent communication channel of the digital age. The possibility of payment per update of the contents of the card makes it possible that you pay for what you really use without the necessity of knowing in advance how many cards will receive your communication messages. After each month elapsed we will charge you only for the actual number of card updates. Reference examples of calculation for different quantities of cards are shown in the following table. Even here the quantity discounts play a great role. It is, therefore, up to you whether you decide in advance to buy a certain number of updates and get this a better price, or to let nature take its course and then we will invoice you on a monthly basis for the number of updates made in the previous month as mentioned in the reference table. The exact price will be always calculated based on the same methodology.

C. Unlimited updates

If you want to have an open possibility of communicating to cards by means of updates without limits, then this pricing model is intended for you. The fee, which is payable on a monthly basis, depends on the total quantity of active cards in wallets of your clients as shown in this table. We find out at the end of each month how many cards were active in the past month and regardless of the number of updates we will invoice the price as shown in the reference table. The exact price will be continuously calculated monthly based on the function that has been used for the preparation of this table.
